We know that there is always pressure put on companies to perform in the short-term. Our methods discover major customer experience issues that can be fixed quickly and usually inexpensively - as well as supporting a longer-term product strategy that is focused on the customer’s needs.
We're often asked to teach our methods of in-depth customer research, experience workshops, and Blu-Sky™ brainstorming to companies we work with. While we do have a proprietary process that we follow during our engagements - we want to share it!
